425 - Praise to God

1. Sing now with joy unto the Lord,

for he has triumphed gloriously!

The horse, the rider, and the sword

he cast into the raging sea.

2. God is our strength, he is our song,

he saved us from our enemy.

All praise and thanks to him belong

who came to set his people free.

3. He only is the mighty Lord.

He only can destroy the foe.

He only is to be adored

for he alone can strength bestow.
