1. You, Lord, we praise in songs of celebration

for this feast of our salvation.

Here at your table every life you nourish;

by your grace we all may flourish.

In the light of your Incarnation,

all creation knows the love of God,

and in you finds release

that we all might live in peace.

2. You, Lord, in our stead to the grave descended

when by sin our life was ended.

No greater love than this to you could bind us;

daily still your mercies find us.

Bind our hearts as one we implore you,

who adore you and confess your Name.

Thus may we ever be yours in peace and unity.
